UK Masters Final – Directors Cut [Video]

So recently passed was the UK masters event, the finals of which saw Jamie Perkins (Khador) Take on Andrew Galea (Trollbloods). Needless to say the game was very interesting and captured in its entirety by the good chaps over at SteamForged which then had a commentary added to it by the players themselves.

Walls ahead, Rubble Behind – SmogCon Lists.

SmogCon is under a week away and as such so is my first ever Warmachine event and what an event to kick off with! Its looking like it’s going to be a boat load of fun, reall looking forward to it! I do however need to finalise the lists I plan on taking as so far I’ll be playing in the 35pts steamroller and the 15pts doubles. I will of course be using the boys in red (although they wont be painted in time so more boys in silver and brown).

“Walls Ahead, Rubble Behind” A look at the hardcore list so far.

I thought it would be good to have a good run through my current main list with the UK hardcore next year being one of my targets. I’ve been playing Warmachine since summer 2011 and this means my play level is somewhere between baby seal and the try hard kid. So I’ve got alot of work and practice to put in before I’m ready for this sort of event!

The British are coming! Templecon Practice event.

So for those of you unfamiliar with it there is a convention in America called Templecon (http://templecon.org) which includes, alongside an array of weird and wonderful events, a massive array of Warmachine activities organised and sponsored by our benevolent benefactors at PP. Casual tournaments, hardcore tournaments, all night events, challenges, prizes…If you like the game it is kinda the place to be for 3 days. Anyways a group of brits from around the country are banding together and going over to show the yanks what’s what and presumably teach them how to drink and game at the same time. In preperation for this Gary at Maelstrom decided to organise an inpromptu practice event to get some games in with the new 2012 steamroller pack.
